Warnings

NOT kid friendly! This property sits on the edge of a canyon cliff. It is beautiful, but not safe for children if they wander off or are not closely supervised.

A car is highly recommended. There is no direct access to Palo Duro Canyon from the cabin. Hiking guests will need to drive five minutes to the Palo Duro State Park.

The wind blows… BIG TIME! it feels like an intense wind tunnel. It blows large heavy things off the porch so there are cushions and tables that can be set up outdoors for evening enjoyment.

This is a remote location and the internet can go out during storms. AT&T is the only mobile service that works inside the cabin. Most other services work nearby but not at this exact location.

The owner and assistant are nearby and available for any needed entertainment suggestions or to help with issues or questions by phone or text message.
